This Billing Policy explains how paid Tensu plans are purchased, renewed, changed and canceled. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

The price, currency, billing interval, taxes and renewal terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase. If this Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer law or the checkout terms of the app store or billing provider, those rules may take priority.

1. Free and paid plans

Tensu may offer free plans and paid subscriptions for tenants, landlords or other account types. Current features and limits are described on the Pricing page and in the purchase flow.

Plan names, included features and limits may change. We will try to give reasonable notice before a change materially reduces an active paid plan, unless a legal, security or urgent technical reason requires a faster change.

2. Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed before you confirm a purchase. The billing provider may calculate VAT, sales tax or similar charges based on the information available to it. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or payment-method charges that Tensu does not control.

Promotions, trials or introductory prices apply only for the period and eligibility stated in the offer. Unless the offer says otherwise, the subscription then renews at the price shown before purchase.

3. Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing interval selected at checkout until canceled. The billing provider charges the payment method associated with the purchase near the renewal date.

Review the renewal date in the app store, billing portal or account settings. Cancel before that date to avoid the next charge. Removing the app or deleting a Tensu account does not necessarily cancel a subscription.

4. Cancellation

Cancel through the provider that billed you:

  • App Store purchases are managed through Apple subscription settings.
  • Google Play purchases are managed through Google Play subscription settings.
  • Other purchases are managed through the billing portal or instructions shown for that purchase.

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal. Unless the provider or applicable law says otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and unused time is not automatically refunded.

5. Upgrades and downgrades

The billing provider determines when a plan change takes effect and whether it applies a prorated charge or credit. The effect will be shown before you confirm the change where the provider supports that preview.

A downgrade may reduce storage, property, export or other limits. Tensu will not intentionally delete core account records solely because of a downgrade without notice, but you may be unable to add new items or use paid features while above the new limit.

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails, the billing provider may retry the charge or ask you to update the payment method. Paid features may remain available for a limited grace period and may then be restricted.

Update payment details through the provider that handles the subscription. Do not send card details to Tensu by email.

7. Invoices and receipts

The app store or billing provider normally issues the transaction receipt. Availability of a tax invoice depends on the purchase channel, account type and information collected at checkout.

For billing support, send the order or transaction identifier to support@tensu.app. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

8. Refunds and withdrawal rights

Except where the checkout offer, billing provider or applicable law provides otherwise, subscription fees are not refundable merely because the Service was not used or the subscription was canceled after renewal.

For an app-store purchase, request a refund through the relevant app store. For a purchase billed directly by Tensu, contact support@tensu.app with the transaction identifier and reason for the request.

Consumers may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights that vary by country and by when digital service begins. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Price changes

We may change future subscription prices. For an active subscription, we will provide notice and obtain any consent required by the billing provider or applicable law before the new price takes effect.

If you do not accept a price change, cancel before the first renewal at the new price.

10. Rent and other tenancy payments

Tensu subscriptions pay for use of the software. Rent, deposits, utilities and other tenancy amounts shown in Tensu are separate transactions made outside the Service. Tensu does not receive, hold or transfer those funds.
