This Cookie Policy explains how Tensu uses cookies and similar technologies on the Tensu website and web dashboard. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. Session cookies normally expire when the session ends; persistent cookies remain until their expiry or until you delete them.
Similar technologies include local storage, software development kits and device identifiers. They may remember a preference, maintain a session, measure use or help diagnose a technical issue.
2. Essential cookies
Essential cookies support functions such as authentication, session security, fraud prevention, network management and cookie-preference storage. The Service may not work correctly if you block them.
These technologies are used only where reasonably necessary to provide or protect a feature you request. They are not used for third-party behavioral advertising.
3. Preference and functional cookies
Preference technologies remember choices such as language, interface state and selected settings. They make repeat visits more consistent but are not always required for the core website.
Where the Service provides a preference control, you can change the setting there. You can also remove stored preferences through your browser.
4. Analytics and performance technologies
If enabled, analytics technologies help us understand page visits, feature use, performance and broad usage patterns. Error-monitoring technologies help diagnose crashes and failed requests.
Non-essential analytics should be activated only where an appropriate consent or other lawful mechanism is available. Tensu does not use analytics cookies for third-party behavioral advertising.
5. Advertising and marketing technologies
Advertising technologies may be used to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and to show more relevant advertising on other platforms. They are only set where you have turned the marketing category on, and never as a condition of using the Service.
Tensu does not currently set advertising cookies. If that changes, they will load only after consent and this Policy will be updated to name the providers involved.
6. Current technology details
The exact cookie names, providers and lifetimes may change as the Service develops. The cookie-preference interface, when available, is the most current source for non-essential categories enabled on your device.
Authentication or subscription providers may also use technologies governed by their own notices when you interact with their services.
7. Your choices
Where a consent control is displayed, you can accept or reject non-essential categories and change the choice later through the available cookie settings.
Most browsers also let you view, delete or block cookies for a specific site. Blocking all cookies may sign you out, prevent authentication or reset saved preferences. Clearing cookies does not necessarily remove information already sent to a service before they were cleared.
The mobile application may offer comparable analytics, notification or device-permission controls in the app or operating-system settings.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when technologies, providers or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version and update the date above.
