Keep payment proof attached to the right month.
Tenant use case
A rental history you can actually take with you.
Tensu helps tenants turn rent proof, inspection notes, maintenance outcomes and landlord confirmations into a private profile for the next move.
- Add your tenancy
It keeps rent, deposit, dates, documents and obligations historically consistent across the product.
- Upload proof
That gives both sides a shared view of what was submitted, what was confirmed and what still needs resolution.
- Get confirmation
Condition history, signatures and media reduce deposit disputes and create stronger historical trust.
- Share the Passport
Previous properties, tenancy dates, self-reported information and landlord-confirmed records can be organised into one portable Passport.
Share a read-only Passport instead of raw documents.
Show confirmed rental history without exposing private files.
Features
The whole tenancy, in one place.
Tensu connects communication, properties, renters, repairs, reports, documents and Rental Passports without turning the tenancy into another spreadsheet.
Documents
Documents are stored against the right tenancy objects instead of floating loose in folders.
How it works: Users upload and classify files, then Tensu ties them to the relevant property, lease, notice, payment or inspection flow.
Utilities
Utilities are structured records with readings, bills and configured rules.
How it works: Property or lease utility rules are configured, readings are submitted and verified, and the system rolls charges into the monthly statement context.
Maintenance Requests
Maintenance is treated as structured operational history rather than message-only communication.
How it works: Users report the issue, attach evidence, move through review and in-progress states, then resolve and confirm the outcome.
Notices
Formal notice records live inside the same shared rental history.
How it works: Landlords issue notices in context and the record becomes part of the tenancy timeline instead of disappearing into email threads.

FAQ
Answers for renting without chaos.
Does Tensu collect or transfer rent?
No. Tensu can record rent amounts, due dates, evidence and confirmation status, but it does not move rent, deposits or utility funds between users. Always verify the actual transfer with the bank or payment service used for the transaction.
How does rent confirmation work?
A tenant can add payment details and supporting evidence for the relevant rental period. The landlord can then confirm the record or raise a dispute. A confirmation records what the parties acknowledged inside Tensu; it is not a bank receipt and does not replace independent proof that funds were received.
What if a rent record is wrong or disputed?
Keep the discussion attached to the relevant record and add supporting documents where appropriate. Do not create duplicate records to hide a disagreement. Tensu helps organise the evidence, but it does not decide legal disputes or determine who is right.
What is a Rental Passport?
A Rental Passport is a private, shareable summary of selected rental records and verification signals associated with an account. It is intended to make relevant history easier to review. It is not a credit score, background check, legal reference or guarantee of a person’s suitability.
Make the next rental conversation easier to prove.
